Method

  1. Break the chocolate into the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1.5 l and melt for 2 1/2 minutes at 360 W. Leave to stand for 1 minute, then stir; if needed, heat for another 30 seconds at 360 W.

  2. Stir in the orange zest.

  3. Whip the very cold cream in the Tupperware Speedy Chef until it holds soft peaks, then fold it gently into the warm chocolate with a silicone spatula.

  4. Oil the Tupperware Gourmet Mould with a silicone brush and pour in the mousse. Close and leave to set in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Turn out onto a plate and decorate with a few pieces of candied orange peel. Serve with custard.
