Gazpacho Granita

Method

  1. Peel the garlic, seed the pepper and cut the vegetables into pieces. Blend them with the basil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper until smooth.

  2. Pour into 2 Tupperware Igloo ice cube trays and freeze for about 8 hours.

  3. Turn out the cubes and crush them with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the ice crushing cone.

  4. Serve immediately, plain or with a drizzle of olive oil.
