Savoury Parmesan Mini Waffles
Small savoury waffles made from a buttermilk batter with plenty of shaved parmesan and black pepper, cooked in a mini waffle maker. The wide Thatsa Bowl takes the whole batter with room for folding in the cheese, and the Portioning Scoop gives the same amount for every waffle so they all cook in the same time.

Ingredients
Method
Mix the flour and pepper in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl. In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, melted butter and egg until evenly blended.
Pour the liquid into the flour and stir only until combined. Fold in the parmesan and let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Heat a mini waffle maker and brush it with melted butter. Drop in one level large Portioning Scoop of batter, close and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Repeat with the rest of the batter, buttering the plates as needed. Serve with eggs or use the waffles in place of bread for a sandwich.
