  1. Put the jalapeño and onion in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall, close and pull the cord until chopped. Add the tomatoes and pull again until chopped.

  2. In the Tupperware Quick Shake container, combine the eggs, salt and water, close and shake hard until blended.

  3. Pour the eggs into the Tupperware Microwave Breakfast Maker, add the vegetables and sprinkle with the cheese.

  4. Cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes 15 seconds. If the egg is still runny, cook for 15 seconds more and check again.

  5. Leave to cool for a moment before serving.
