Savoury Japanese Cabbage Pancakes
Cabbage pancakes in the style of okonomiyaki: a batter seasoned with a quick miso, mirin and soy stock, topped with bacon and finished with sweet barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, nori and pickled ginger. The MicroPro Grill cooks and crisps them in the microwave, and the Pro Ring keeps each pancake round and even.

Method
Put the miso, mirin, chicken stock and soy sauce in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall and pull the cord until fully blended. You should have about 3/4 cup (200 ml) of stock.
In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, whisk the flour, the stock and the eggs together. Add the cabbage and melted butter and whisk again until the batter is evenly mixed.
Set the Tupperware Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and pour in 3/4 cup (200 ml) of batter. Put the cover on in the grill position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 3 minutes.
With oven gloves, lift off the Pro Ring and lay 3 bacon slices on the pancake. Cover in the grill position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 1 minute.
With oven gloves, remove the cover and turn the pancake over with the Silicone Spatula. Cover again in the grill position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 1-2 minutes more.
Slide the pancake onto a plate and top with barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, nori and pickled ginger. Cook the rest of the batter the same way.
