Soy, Honey and Orange Salmon Marinade

A sweet and salty marinade of soy sauce, honey and orange juice with garlic and ginger, which seasons salmon fillets and helps them caramelise when grilled, baked or pan-seared. The Season-Serve Container keeps the fillets lying flat in the liquid, and it can be turned over without opening so both sides soak evenly.
