  1. Spread the coconut flakes in the 750 ml casserole cover of the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker. Microwave on high power (1000 W) in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until evenly toasted.

  2. Fit the metal filter into the Tupperware Cold Brew Carafe. Mix the coffee with the toasted coconut and put it in the filter.

  3. Pour in the cool filtered water slowly, letting it seep down before adding more so the grounds do not overflow. Fill up to the water line, where the metal filter meets the plastic funnel.

  4. Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, then remove the filter and discard the grounds.

  5. Serve as it is or over ice, with cream and sugar to taste.
