Thai Fish Burgers

Method

  1. Put the cilantro, chili and spring onions in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra and chop finely.

  2. Tip the chopped herbs into a large mixing bowl, add the fish, curry paste, lime zest and juice, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each one into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  4. Heat a little oil on the Tupperware Chef Series 12 in (30 cm) griddle over medium heat. Fry the patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until golden and 145 °F (63 °C) in the centre.

  5. Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes, then serve in the buns with cilantro, red onion, chili, cucumber, spring onions, sweet chili sauce, pickles and lime wedges.
