Banana, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fondant
A moist, fudgy cake made mostly of melted chocolate and mashed banana, with swirls of peanut butter and banana slices on top. The chocolate melts in the MicroCook Pitcher, the SuperSonic Chopper Extra purées and mixes the batter, and the Premiaglass square dish bakes it evenly for serving in squares.

Ingredients
Method
Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Butter and flour the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l.
Put the butter and the chocolate, broken into pieces, in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes at 600 W. Leave for about 2 minutes, then stir with the silicone spatula; if needed, heat again in 30-second bursts at 600 W.
Purée 3 bananas in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Fit the mixing paddle, add the sugar, flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate, mix again and pour the batter into the dish.
Drop the peanut butter on top and swirl it lightly with the thin silicone spatula for a marbled effect, keeping it on the surface.
Slice the last banana and press the slices lightly into the batter.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve lukewarm or cold.
