  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar in the Tupperware Speedy Chef on speed 1 until pale. Add the water and keep whisking until the mixture has doubled in volume.

  2. Add the flour and baking powder and whisk on speed 2 until the batter is completely smooth.

  3. Butter the Tupperware Premiaglass casserole 2.1 l, dust it with flour and tip out the excess. Pour in the batter and microwave uncovered for about 8 minutes at 900 W.

  4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then turn the sponge out carefully.

  5. Once cool, cut it horizontally into 2 equal layers with a chef's knife. Spread the filling on the bottom layer with the silicone spatula, replace the top and cover it with more filling.
