Sea Bream with Crisp and Soft Vegetables

  1. Heat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F).

  2. Brown the sea bream in the olive oil in a frying pan on both sides. Wait until the fish releases on its own before turning it, so the skin stays intact.

  3. Slice the tomato and lay the slices over the bottom of the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l.

  4. Wash the other vegetables, seed them where needed and cut them into large cubes with the Tupperware Super Dicer.

  5. Place the fish on the tomato, spread half the vegetables around it and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

  6. Meanwhile, cook the rest of the vegetables in the frying pan until soft. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve the fish with both kinds of vegetables and lemon wedges.
