Chicken Poblano Pasta Casserole

Method

  1. Put the macaroni and 1/4 tsp salt in the base of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker, fill with water up to the maximum steaming line and stir. Set the shielded colander in place, add the chicken, sprinkle with the remaining 1 tsp salt and stir.

  2. Set the shallow colander on top and spread the diced poblano and red pepper in it in an even layer. Cover with the shielded cover and microwave for 10 minutes at full power (1000 W), until the chicken is cooked through.

  3. Tip the peppers in with the chicken, then drain the pasta through the shallow colander and add it to the chicken and peppers.

  4. Put all the sauce ingredients in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade and pull the cord until the sauce is smooth.

  5. Pour the sauce into the large Tupperware Micro Pitcher and microwave for 45 seconds at 1000 W, stir, then heat for 45 seconds more. Stir it into the chicken and pasta and serve hot with fresh garnishes.
