  1. Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Rinse them well and pat dry.

  3. Whisk the olive oil, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl with a lid. Add the florets, seal and shake until they are evenly coated.

  4. Lay the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a metal baking sheet and spread the florets over it in a single layer.

  5. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until tender and golden. Garnish as you like and serve hot.
