  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F), fan setting.

  2. Peel the potatoes, slice them with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the slicing cone and spread them over a pie dish.

  3. Mince the meat through the AdaptaChef mincer fitted with the large grid. Mix in the cream cheese, salt and pepper until evenly combined.

  4. Spread the meat mixture over the potatoes and press it down firmly. Cover with the puff pastry, tucking the edges inside the dish.

  5. Beat the egg yolk with the water and brush it over the pastry. Cut a small hole in the centre and bake for about 40 minutes.
