Salmon and Dill Terrine

  1. Cut the shallot into pieces, strip the dill and cut the fish into chunks. Mince them together through the Tupperware AdaptaChef mincer fitted with the fine grid.

  2. Add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a small 500 ml microwave-safe terrine dish and cook for about 10 minutes at 600 W.
