Tartiflette
The Savoy classic of potatoes, onions and smoked bacon baked under a whole Reblochon cheese. The slicing cone of the AdaptaChef cuts a kilo of potatoes into even slices so they cook at the same pace, and the onions get a quick head start in the microwave.

Method
Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
Peel the onions and slice them with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the slicing cone. Cook them with the lardons in a covered microwave-safe dish for about 5 minutes at 600 W, then drain.
Peel and wash the potatoes and slice them on the same cone.
In a gratin dish, layer half the potatoes, then the onion and bacon mixture, then the rest of the potatoes, and season. Scrape the rind of the Reblochon, cut it in half horizontally and lay both halves on top, rind side up.
Cover and bake for about 1 hour.
