Method

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and steam them in the Tupperware Micro Urban Family for 22 minutes at 800 W. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Mash the potatoes in a large bowl with a potato masher and season.

  3. Chop the shallot and parsley in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact, add the cooked beef, season and chop again.

  4. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Brush the bottom of the Tupperware Snack Party cavities with oil using the Silicone Brush.

  5. Put a quarter of the cheese in the cavities, add a quarter of the mash and press down with the pusher. Add half the beef mixture and press, then another quarter of mash and press again. Finish with a quarter of the cheese and press once more.

  6. Unmould the bars carefully with the Slim Silicone Spatula onto a rimmed baking sheet set on the cold oven rack. Repeat with the remaining ingredients for a second batch.

  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes and serve hot with a green salad.
