Smoked Haddock Nigiri
Nigiri with a smoky twist: pads of sushi rice topped with thin slices of smoked haddock. The Nigiri Party moulds several rice pads at once, all the same size, so the platter comes together quickly.

Ingredients
Method
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then cook it with the cold water in the Tupperware Microwave Rice Maker for 12 to 13 minutes at 600 W. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, fold in the vinegar, sugar and salt mixed together, and let it cool to room temperature.
Brush the base and lid of the Tupperware Nigiri Party lightly with oil using the silicone brush.
Fill the base to the rim with rice using the slim silicone spatula, fit the lid and press down firmly.
Lift off the lid and turn out the rice shapes. Repeat until the rice is used up, to make about 25 nigiri.
Slice the haddock thinly into 25 pieces large enough to cover the rice and lay one on each nigiri.
