Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Chop the chicken, garlic and onion finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, in several batches so the bowl is never overfilled.

  2. Transfer the mince to the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 2 l, add the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, oregano and half the Parmesan, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Shape the mixture into balls with the small portioning scoop and set them side by side in the Tupperware Premiaglass casserole 2.1 l. Pour the sauce over and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Put the lid on and bake for about 30 minutes.

  5. Stir the rest of the Parmesan into the sauce. Serve the meatballs with fresh pasta, or tuck them into hot-dog buns spread with a little sauce.
