  1. Heat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F), fan setting. Wash and dry the courgettes and cut them into spaghetti with the spaghetti cone of the AdaptaChef Spiralizer, letting the strands fall loosely into the Ultra Pro pie dish.

  2. Peel the garlic and shallot, slice them with the SpeedyMando and scatter them over the courgettes.

  3. Pour the cream into the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml, cover with the 200 ml pitcher turned upside down and heat for about 3 minutes at 360 W.

  4. Whisk in the crumbled blue cheese, then the parmesan a little at a time, until completely melted. Stir in the cornflour mixed with the water and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce over the courgettes and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve very hot.
