Southwest Chicken and White Bean Chili

A chunky chili of chicken breast, onion, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes and white beans, flavoured with a smoky southwest chipotle seasoning. Method

  1. Put the onions, garlic and peppers in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall, close and pull the cord to chop them roughly. Tip them into the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker 3 l casserole and stir in the olive oil.

  2. Roughly chop the tomatoes in the Chopper, then chop the cilantro. Set both aside.

  3. Put the chicken in the Stack Cooker colander, set it on the casserole and cover. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 8 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink.

  4. Tip the chicken into the vegetables and add the pepper flakes, salt, pepper, tomatoes, beans, seasoning and cilantro. Cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 8 minutes more. Stir before serving.
