Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Cut the crusts off the brioche slices with the Tupperware Ergonomic+ bread knife and set the crusts aside.

  3. Butter the round Tupperware Ultra Pro 2.5 l. Line the sides with 7 brioche slices, overlapping them slightly, and cover the base with 1 1/2 slices.

  4. Chop the brioche crusts in the Tupperware Quick Chef and tip them into the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3 l.

  5. Peel the apples with the Tupperware 2-in-1 Peeler and core them with the Apple Corer. Chop them in the Quick Chef in two batches and add them to the bowl with the jam and cinnamon. Mix with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula.

  6. Spoon the filling into the Ultra Pro, pressing it down with the spatula, and cover with the remaining 2 1/2 slices of brioche.

  7. Put the lid on and bake for 45 minutes. Switch off the oven and leave the charlotte inside for another 15 minutes.

  8. Serve cold, with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or a fruit coulis if you like.
