  1. Pour the cream into the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml, cover with the 200 ml pitcher turned upside down and heat for about 1 minute at 600 W.

  2. Add the gruyère a handful at a time, whisking until it has melted. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cover again with the inverted 200 ml pitcher and cook for about 1 minute 30 seconds at 360 W.

  4. Use the sauce straight away, while it is hot and pourable.
