Method

  1. Heat the water in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml for about 1 minute at 600 W. Add the flour, salt, pepper, the egg yolks shaken with the lemon juice and the fish stock powder.

  2. Mix well with a thin silicone spatula, cover with the 200 ml pitcher turned upside down and cook for about 2 minutes at 360 W.

  3. Uncover straight away, whisk and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Cut the soft butter into small cubes and whisk them in a little at a time, until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Serve at once with fish or vegetables.
