Method

  1. Combine the quinoa, broth, orange juice and zest in the Tupperware Microwave Rice Maker. Cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 to 18 minutes, then fluff with a spoon.

  2. Put the olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, mustard and chipotle seasoning in the Tupperware Quick Shake. Close the seal and shake well.

  3. Place both peppers in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall, cover and pull the cord 2 or 3 times to chop them coarsely.

  4. Tip the quinoa into a large bowl with the peppers, tomatoes and black beans. Pour over the dressing, toss and season with salt and pepper.
