Method

  1. Put the lobster tails in the shielded colander of the Tupperware Smart Multi Cooker. Pour water into the base up to the steam line, set the colander on top and close with the cover.

  2. Microwave for 5 minutes at full power (1000 W). Leave to stand for 2 minutes, then let the tails cool completely.

  3. Squeeze each tail firmly until the shell cracks, then snip the membrane along the underside from end to end with the Tupperware Kitchen Shears. Take out the meat and cut it into large chunks.

  4. In a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl (medium), stir the mayonnaise with the celery, garlic paste, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill and seafood seasoning. Fold in the lobster.

  5. Fill the buns with the lobster mixture and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
