Cream Cheese Pancakes

Light pancakes made with almond milk, with small pieces of cream cheese pressed into each one so they turn soft and tangy as they cook. The medium Portioning Scoop drops the same amount of batter every time, so the pancakes are even in size and cook at the same pace.

Method

  1. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a small bowl. Make a well in the centre, pour in the melted butter and almond milk and stir only until no dry flour remains.

  2. Heat the Tupperware Universal Fry Pan over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter in it. Using the medium Portioning Scoop, add three portions of batter to the pan.

  3. Press a few pieces of cream cheese into each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook the other side until golden.

  4. Cook the rest of the batter the same way, adding a little butter to the pan between batches. Serve warm with maple syrup and your choice of toppings.
