  1. Heat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C).

  2. Put the garlic, olive oil, salt and rosemary in the cover of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 qt (2 l) and stir gently so the cloves sit in one layer under the oil.

  3. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until the cloves are golden and very soft. Let cool completely.

  4. Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Spread the cloves on crackers or toast, or stir them into soups and stews.
