French Onion Soup

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into cubes with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the 15 mm dicing blade.

  2. Put the onions in a large microwave-safe dish with the peeled, degermed garlic and the oil. Cook for about 17 minutes at 600 W, stirring halfway through.

  3. Crumble in the stock cubes, pour in the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes more at 600 W. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then serve with cheese croutons.
