Method

  1. Prick the potato skins and cook the potatoes with 5 ml (1 tsp) water for about 5 minutes at 600 W. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Drain them and mash with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the masher.

  3. Mix in the egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the Gruyère grated with the AdaptaChef coarse grating cone, then stir in the flour.

  4. Shape into round cakes and cook in an oiled frying pan for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden.
