  1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and pepper, seed the pepper and trim the courgette. Cut them into sticks with the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the 10 mm dicing grid.

  2. Grate the stale bread and parmesan together with the AdaptaChef fine grating cone.

  3. Beat the egg yolk with salt and pepper. Dust the sticks with flour, dip them in the yolk, then roll them in the parmesan crumbs.

  4. Fry in the oiled pan over medium-high heat until golden on all sides.
