Ratatouille with Fish in Curry Cream

A two-level dish: the ratatouille cooks in the Premiaglass casserole while white fish fillets bake in its upturned lid on top, finished with curry and a splash of cream. The vegetables get a head start in the microwave, so the slow oven bake only needs to bring the flavours together.

In brief Ratatouille with Fish in Curry Cream is a mains recipe cooked in the Tupperware Premiaglass. It takes 86 minutes in total and serves 4 servings.
