Stained-Glass Christmas Cookies

Method

  1. Put the flour, sugar, butter, salt and egg yolk in the Tupperware Extra Chef and process until the dough comes together.

  2. Knead briefly into a smooth ball, place it in a 2 l Tupperware bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.

  3. Take the racks out of the oven and heat it to 180 °C (350 °F).

  4. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured pastry sheet with the Tupperware adjustable rolling pin fitted with the 3 mm guides, dusting with flour if it sticks.

  5. Cut out cookies with the large cutters of the Tupperware cutter set and place them on the Tupperware silicone baking sheet set on a cold oven rack. Use the smaller cutters to remove the centre of each cookie.

  6. Halve the gummy bears and put one half in the hole of each cookie. Bake for about 10 minutes.

  7. Leave to cool completely on the sheet so the sweets set, then lift the cookies off. Repeat with the remaining dough.
