Method

  1. For the purée, peel a sweet potato, cut it into chunks and steam or boil until tender. Drain and mash, then measure out 120 g (1/2 cup).

  2. Rinse and drain the beans. Mash half of them in the Tupperware Aloha Bowl 2 l.

  3. Add the rest of the beans and all the other patty ingredients and mix well with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each one with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  4. Warm the buns in the Tupperware Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190 °C (375 °F) and keep them warm.

  5. Place the 4 patties in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12 minutes at 190 °C (375 °F), turning them halfway. Fill the buns with sauce, garnish and a patty and serve at once.
