
Deep Dish Pizza
A thick-crust pizza on a quick dough of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, with no yeast and no proving. The Silicone Tart Mould holds the dough up the sides to form a deep rim, and the pizza slides out once baked.

Method
Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
In a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Jr., stir the flour and yogurt together, then knead by hand into a smooth, even dough. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
Scatter the cornmeal over the base of the Tupperware Silicone Tart Mould. Press the dough over the base in a single layer and push it up the sides to make a tall rim.
Spread the sauce over the dough, sprinkle with half the mozzarella, add the peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni and finish with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the crust is golden.
Leave to cool for 2-3 minutes, unmould, garnish with basil and cut into slices.
