  1. Peel and stone the avocado, cut the flesh into dice and freeze for about 8 hours.

  2. Take the dice out of the freezer and leave them for 15 minutes to soften slightly. Toss with the lemon juice, chilli powder and salt.

  3. Pass the avocado through the Tupperware AdaptaChef fitted with the sorbet attachment. Serve straight away with a gazpacho, tacos or prawns.
