Black Bean Bites
Small pan-fried patties of black beans, onion, garlic, cilantro and cumin, bound with egg and panko and served with avocado and sour cream. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra turns the beans into a coarse mixture that holds together, and the Portioning Scoop keeps the bites the same size.

Method
Put the cilantro, cooked onion and garlic in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade, close and pull the cord until finely chopped.
Add the beans, eggs, panko, salt and cumin and keep pulling, scraping the mixture down from the sides when needed. Remove the blade.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture with the small Tupperware Portioning Scoop and fry four bites at a time for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve with avocado and sour cream.
