  1. Heat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F).

  2. Push the blade of the Tupperware Chef Series slicing knife lengthways through the middle of the pork to make a tunnel, then slide the chorizo into it.

  3. Place the pork in the lid of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 3.5 l. Brush it with the oil using the Tupperware silicone brush, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the Espelette pepper.

  4. Add the thyme and bay leaf, cover with the Ultra Pro base and roast for 1 hour 15 minutes.

  5. Serve hot in slices with green beans, or cold with a mayonnaise whisked in the Tupperware Speedy Chef.
