Quails with Raisins and Baked Apples
Whole quails roasted in butter, then finished with port-soaked raisins and cubes of gingerbread, served with whole baked apples. The Ultra Pro 3.5 l cooks both together: the apples sit in the lid, which goes on top of the quails for the second stage of cooking.

Method
If you have time, soak the raisins in the port for 1 hour beforehand.
Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F).
Put the quails in the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 3.5 l, dot with 25 g (1 oz) of the butter, cut into small pieces, and roast uncovered for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the apples and core them, leaving them whole and unpeeled. Stand them in the Ultra Pro lid and put a piece of the remaining butter inside each one.
Take the quails out of the oven and turn the heat down to 210 °C (410 °F). Add the raisins with their port and the gingerbread cubes to the quails.
Set the lid with the apples on top of the base and roast for 30 minutes more. Serve straight away.
