Cloud Pizza

A flourless pizza whose base is made of seasoned whipped egg whites with a little almond flour, baked until set and then topped with sauce and mozzarella. The Whip N Mix Chef whips the whites by hand, and the rimmed Silicone Baking Sheet keeps the soft base from sticking so it slides off in one piece.

In brief Cloud Pizza is a mains recipe cooked in the Tupperware Silicone baking sheet. It takes 45 minutes in total and serves 2 servings.
