French Onion Soup with Cheese Toasts
A quick French onion soup with a beef stock base, served with slices of baguette baked under grated Comté. The MicroCook Pitcher softens the onions in the microwave in 12 minutes instead of a long stint on the hob, and the Mandoline slices them thin enough to melt.
