Herb Roast Beef in Puff Pastry
A beef joint seared on the hob, spread with a garlic and herb paste and wrapped in all-butter puff pastry. Baking it covered in the Ultra Pro 2 l keeps the pastry from over-browning while the beef stays pink in the middle.

Method
Heat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the beef on all sides over high heat, turning it without piercing the meat.
Leave the beef to rest for 10 minutes, then pat it thoroughly dry with kitchen paper.
Peel the garlic and remove the germ. Chop it in the Tupperware TurboChef with the parsley and thyme leaves, then spread the paste all over the beef.
Wrap the beef in the puff pastry. Beat the egg yolk with the water and, using the Tupperware Silicone Brush, paint it on the overlapping edges so they stick, then brush the whole surface.
Butter and flour the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l. Lay the beef in it, cover and bake on a low shelf for 25 minutes.
Rest the beef for 10 to 15 minutes, then slice and season with salt and pepper at the table.
