Honey Spice Loaf (Pain d'Épices)
Pain d'épices, the French honey cake: dense, moist and fragrant with gingerbread spices. The liquids are warmed together in the MicroCook Pitcher, so there is no pan to watch, and the Silicone Loaf Mould releases the sticky loaf without greasing.
