Method

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml (3 1/2 tbsp) of the lukewarm water in a small bowl and leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings with the Tupperware MandoChef.

  3. Mix the onion and oil in the MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and cook for 3 minutes at 600 W. Stir, then cook for another 3 minutes at 600 W with the lid in the open position. Leave to cool for about 10 minutes.

  4. In a 3 l mixing bowl, combine the flour, onion, yeast mixture, the remaining 100 ml (7 tbsp) water and the salt. Work with a silicone spatula, then knead by hand until the dough is smooth and comes away from the bowl.

  5. Shape 6 small balls and place them in the lightly floured Ultra Pro 2 l. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes in the oven heated to 60 °C (140 °F).

  6. Take the Ultra Pro out, keeping the lid on, and heat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Remove the lid and bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes.
