Beer Bread
A quick bread that needs no yeast and no kneading: the self-rising flour and the bubbles in the beer are enough to make it rise. Baked in the Ultra Pro 2 l square pan, it comes out with an even crumb and a crust made golden by a late brush of butter.

Method
Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Grease the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l square pan (or the Ultra Pro 2 l casserole) with the softened butter.
Sift the flour and sugar into the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl (medium) and make a hollow in the centre. Pour in the beer and stir with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until no dry flour remains.
Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Brush the top with the melted butter and bake for about 10 minutes more, until golden and a toothpick pushed into the centre comes out clean.
Leave the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then turn the bread out onto the rack and let it cool completely.
