Chicken Tagine with Prunes

A sweet and spiced tagine of chicken breast with prunes, raisins, honey and ras el hanout, finished with fresh coriander and parsley.   1. Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F).

  2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them in the Tupperware TurboMAX.

  3. Put the onion, garlic and olive oil in the round Tupperware Ultra Pro 2.5 l, cover and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W.

  4. Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces, add them to the Ultra Pro and stir with the Tupperware Serving Spoon. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W, let stand for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another 5 minutes at 600 W.

  5. Meanwhile, in the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 650 ml, combine the halved prunes, raisins, spices, crumbled stock cube, honey and boiling water.

  6. Pour this mixture over the chicken, season, stir and bake covered for 15 minutes.

  7. Stir, cover and leave the Ultra Pro in the switched-off but still hot oven for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with coriander and parsley chopped in the TurboMAX.
