  1. Pour the stock into the Tupperware Chef Series Saucepan 1 l, bring it to the boil and let it reduce by half while you cook the chicken.

  2. Halve the spring onions. Cut the ginger into fine matchsticks with the slicer fitted with the fine julienne grater.

  3. Heat the oil in the Tupperware Chef Series Wok and fry the garlic, spring onions and ginger until lightly golden. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 4 minutes.

  4. Add the caramel, sugar and fish sauce, season with pepper and stir with the mixing spoon. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.

  5. Pour the reduced stock over the chicken, stir and serve.
