Cauliflower Gratin with Mornay Sauce

  1. Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F).

  2. Trim the cauliflower and cut it into small, even florets. Cook them in salted boiling water for 10 minutes in the Tupperware Chef Series stockpot 5.7 l.

  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the Tupperware MicroPlus Pitcher 1 l for 1 minute at 750 W. Whisk in the flour with the Tupperware flexible whisk, then whisk in the milk.

  4. Cover the pitcher and microwave for 2 minutes at 750 W. Whisk until smooth, then cook uncovered for 2 minutes more at 750 W.

  5. Season with a little nutmeg, salt and pepper and whisk again until the sauce is completely smooth. Stir in the egg yolks and the Gruyère.

  6. Drain the cauliflower in the Tupperware colander and spread it in the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l. Cover the whole surface with the sauce and bake uncovered for 10 minutes, until golden. Serve straight away.
