Pepper Steaks

A bistro classic for two: fillet steaks in a crust of crushed pepper and fleur de sel, flambéed with cognac and served with a pan sauce of crème fraîche. Shaking the steaks with the pepper in a closed Mixing Bowl coats them evenly, and the Chef Series Frying Pan 20 cm is just the right size.

In brief Pepper Steaks is a mains recipe cooked in the Tupperware Mixing bowl. It takes 18 minutes in total and serves 2 servings.
