Pan-Fried Prawns with Tarragon Cream

Method

  1. Peel the prawns, keeping only the tails. Peel the shallots and chop them in the Twister.

  2. Heat the oil in the Tupperware Chef Series Frying Pan 20 cm and soften the shallots for 2 minutes.

  3. Wash and slice the mushrooms, add them to the pan and cook until all their liquid has evaporated.

  4. Peel the tomatoes with the 2-in-1 peeler, remove the seeds and chop the flesh in the Quick Chef. Add to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the prawn tails, pour over the aniseed spirit and flambé.

  6. Stir in the crème fraîche and tarragon with the mixing spoon and cook for 2 minutes more. Season to taste and serve very hot.
